TRAINING
Reign Over Recovery has evidence based professional training programs focused on strengthening Utah’s behavioral health paraprofessional workforce. We have also updated all of our core programs to be curren with the 2026 workforce needs and challenges. Our training initiatives are designed to support individuals pursuing careers as Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPSS), Certified Crisis Workers (CCW), and Behavioral Health Case Managers (BHCM), as well as professionals seeking continuing education within Utah’s behavioral health system.
These programs will focus on practical skill development, recovery-informed service delivery, and preparing paraprofessionals to work effectively within complex healthcare environments such as crisis care centers, receiving centers, detox and rehabilitation programs, and community behavioral health services.
Reign Over Recovery is an approved vendor as well as a training and continuing education provider through the Utah Office of Substance Use and Mental Health (OSUMH) and the Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), allowing our programs to contribute to certification pathways and continuing education requirements for Utah’s behavioral health workforce.
SUPPORT
Reign Over Recovery provides advisory and implementation support to organizations and professionals working to strengthen peer and paraprofessional services within mental and behavioral health systems.
Support services may include guidance during program development, mentoring for new paraprofessionals entering the workforce, and strategic insight for organizations working to integrate recovery-informed care models into existing programs.
In addition, Reign Over Recovery helps paraprofessionals strengthen their professional development pathways through strategic partnerships with leading online learning platforms that collaborate with internationally recognized universities and institutions.
